CTR Appointed as New Channel Sales Partner of PLDT SME
On February 16, 2010, Customer Touchpoint Resources Inc. (CTR) signed the Channel Sales Partnership Agreement with PLDT SME Group under the leadership of Ms. Carla Tabuena, assisted by Ms. Jecyn Lee and MR. Yul Cariscal (Relationship Manager, PLDT SME). PLDT SME now has accredited CTR as a Channel sales partner which will allow CTR to sell PLDT Business Solutions to Small and medium enterprises. CTR established the B2C division which will focus on the development of sales for PLDT as a Channel Partner. The B2C division shall be composed of Telemarketing, Field Sales and the Network group.


Viewing of Payslips for CTR Employees now available on the CTR Website
As part of its continuing efforts to automate its processes for more operational efficiency, CTR will launch its “VIEW PAYSLIPS PROGRAM” on the CTR Website starting this May 2010. This means that all CTR Employees can now view their payslips for a specific payroll period over the CTR website. This new move will cut the waiting time for employees particularly those in the provincial branches to secure advance information on their payslips. The security of the payslips will be ensured with the requirement for all employees to register and secure their username and passwords. CTR employees are advised to log in into the CTR Website for instructions on registration.
CTR Introduces E-Learning Website Service
CTR (through its Optimum Business Solutions Division) recently had a soft launch of its E-learning Website. This website was tested with the current upload of the SPIN training and Service Advantage Program@CTR. The e-learning website has several features one of which is the quiz portion where participants/students can take the validation test on line and generate the test scores in minutes. The e-learning website can also host product training materials to be used by CTR for its clients with optimum security measures to guarantee confidentiality. The e-learning website is a new product which will be introduced by CTR to its clients this June 2010.
CTR offers Web Hosting and Web Site Development Services
This May 2010, CTR (through its Optimum Business Solutions) offers Web hosting and web site development services to Small and Medium Enterprises. This is part of CTR’s continuing efforts to provide small and medium enterprises to try web based applications and use the web as a tool for marketing and promoting their various business. New ID System for CTR Employees
CTR will launch this May 2010 a new template for the CTR ID and the material has been changed. The design and production of the new CTR ID for 2010 has been initiated by CTR’s Chimera Creative Media Solutions. CTR’s Human Resources and Administrative Department shall implement the new ID system and issue the necessary guidelines for the new ID implementation.
